The White Deer Plain Water Ecological Center project is a major project of the "Comprehensive Water Governance and Green Water Revitalization" initiative in Xi'an City. It adopts a fully underground box style and "integrated dual-use" design, including an underground sewage treatment plant, a comprehensive building for the water ecological center, and an above ground garden landscape park. The construction area is 15700 square meters, with a total investment of 175 million yuan. The core processing unit of this project adopts the "pre-treatment+AAO-A+MBR membrane treatment" process, and the sludge disposal adopts the "belt filter press+electro osmotic drying" process. After treatment, the effluent quality meets the A standard in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standards for the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province. The sludge moisture content is less than 60%, which can achieve zero discharge of sewage and comprehensive utilization of all reclaimed water. The belt type electric osmosis combined dewatering machine in this project is supplied, installed, and debugged and delivered by Xinhuan Environmental Protection.
